海问作为发行人中国律师助力快手科技在香港联交所主板上市

海问在快手科技（“快手”；股份代号：1024）香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市及全球发售项目中担任快手的中国法律顾问。快手本次全球发售募集资金逾54亿美元，联席保荐人为摩根士丹利、美银证券和华兴资本。

Haiwen & Partners has acted as PRC legal advisor to Kuaishou Technology (“Kuaishou”; stock code: 1024.HK) in connection with its listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and its Global Offering. Kuaishou has raised over $5.4 billion in this Global Offering. The joint sponsors of this IPO are Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities and China Renaissance.
